Josh's extensive skillset as a Realtor has been cultivated by his 20+ years of experience gleaned from being a homeowner, landlord, renovator and residential contractor across the Greater Victoria area.

His honesty, integrity, kind and service oriented personality along with his tenacious spirit have resulted in success for himself, his family and his clients in the real estate industry. His goal is to respectively be sure you’re well informed, secure and confident while guiding you through your next real estate related purchase or sale.  

Calling Southern Vancouver Island home since 1988, like so many others Josh fell in love with everything this beautiful part of BC has to offer. When not working with clients from all walks of life you'll find him with his growing family. He enjoys swimming, kiteboarding and hiking the local trails and mountains. 

A lifelong resident of Victoria, Amanda’s deep connection to the community gives her extensive knowledge of the city’s diverse neighbourhoods and the distinctive lifestyles they offer. Whether helping families find their forever home or assisting newcomers in discovering what makes Victoria special, she brings a true local’s perspective which enables her to provide clients with valuable insight and guidance. 

As a real estate professional with a commitment to integrity and exceptional service, Amanda takes pride in helping buyers and sellers make confident, well-informed decisions. Her clients value her expertise, proactive communication and dedication to guiding them through every stage of their real estate journey. With experience in rental property management, oversight of numerous renovation and home improvement projects and a background in conveyancing at a real estate law firm, Amanda’s diverse expertise brings a comprehensive and well-rounded perspective to every real estate transaction.

Outside of real estate, Amanda enjoys exploring new destinations with her husband and two children, enjoying the outdoors or relaxing with a good book.

Sandy grew up on Southern Vancouver Island and Salt Spring Island. Over the years, she and her husband Jay lived in several locations in BC and Alberta during Jay’s corporate transferee years. They feel incredibly fortunate to have settled in beautiful Victoria, BC in 1999 and to be part of its thriving real estate community.

Since 1976, Sandy and Jay have been involved in buying, selling, renovating, and building homes. She began her real estate career in 1992 in Alberta, where she combined her professionalism, integrity, skills and knowledge.  She built her business on the golden rule: “Always treat others as you would like to be treated yourself.” 

Her commitment to exceptional service, strong work ethic, and genuine care has resulted in countless repeat clients and referrals. Consistently ranked in the top 10%, Sandy was a Victoria Real Estate Board MLS® Award recipient for many years and achieved Diamond Level recognition with RE/MAX.
