The Selling Process - What You Can Expect

1) After you contact us, we’ll discuss the best way for us to communicate with you moving forward.  If in-person isn’t possible, we’ll provide easy options.  You may want to include a family member, friend or other professional advisors.  

2) If you need assistance to help you decide if you’re best suited to move into a retirement residence, a care home or purchase and move to a more suitable home.  We’re happy to provide you with information to help you plan your next steps.

3) To do a professional property evaluation, we’ll arrange a viewing of your home so we can review and compare current market data. We’ll gather the necessary information that will be required to evaluate the property and then arrange to go over all the details with you.  We’ll offer you our opinion of value based on the condition of your property ‘as is’ at that time.  

4) We’ll also make suggestions to help you maximize on your investment if appropriate to do so.  If you opt to have improvements done prior to selling, we’ll help manage that process and make recommendations to help manage that process.

5) We’ll also assist you by making suggestions as to how to make your property show its best. If sorting, packing, minimizing and cleaning is necessary, we can connect you with services and help you manage the process. 

6) We develop professional marketing materials for every listing.  Regardless of value, location or condition; we’ll be proud to market your property to its fullest potential. We hire and oversee professional photographers and floorpan technicians to supply us with the materials.    

7) We’ll manage the process from start to finish so you don’t have to worry about any details! We’ll keep you fully informed throughout the Offer process and  once we have a firm pending sale; we’ll manage all documentation and coordinate all aspects for you to ensure a stress free, seamless transaction.
